Our Process
Admissions
Admission interviews are performed over the phone. Our admission director will speak with the prospective patient and/or the patient's family members to gather basic demographic information, identify drug of choice and history of use, and collect a brief medical history including current medications. This information will then be reviewed by our Admissions Director for approval.
Once a patient is admitted, we will arrange arrival and check-in. Check-in dates vary based on the patient's readiness, location, and our availability.
Intake
Upon arrival, a member of our staff will greet the patient, assist them with check-in, and help them get settled in their room.
Your addiction-focused history and physical exam will provide a map for your customized treatment plan. We will talk about symptoms you are experiencing, what we can do to quell them, and get you comfortable and cozy in your private room. As such, all of our treatment plans generally include medications to minimize the likelihood of complications and to make the process more comfortable.
For your stay, be sure to bring your proof of identification and insurance card. Bring comfortable clothing and pajamas along with toiletries and any feminine hygiene products. Bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and relaxed. Some people bring a special blanket or pillow from home. Do not bring a laptop, valuables, any toiletry items containing alcohol, or sexually explicit materials.
Comfort and privacy
At White Dove we provide PRIVATE rooms so you can have peace and quiet while recovering. An individual room is vital since you are truly here to rest and recover and eliminate stressors.
We uphold the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality. All treatment records are kept strictly confidential for our clients, and we offer private accommodations in a safe, secure environment. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of all our clients.
Meals
While here you will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and pantry for your breakfast and lunch and nutrient-dense homemade dinners. We can accommodate any special needs as well.
Daily
Daily progress assessment with a medical professional to gauge any diminished or intensified symptoms, update your treatment plan, and a physical examination to ensure your safe and comfortable recovery.
Part of our mission is to help our patients find hope and strength. Connection to the recovery community is important for anyone in sobriety. For those that are just beginning their journey, healing can begin through listening and learning from those that are a little farther along the same path.

In each private room there is a large screen TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Cozy and soft bedding will lend to the comfort of your stay. While here you will have access to a fully stocked kitchen fridge and pantry, including a range of snacks and meals. According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, about 40% to 60% of those who go through addiction treatment may relapse, which underscores that addiction is a chronic disease, similar to hypertension or asthma. However, this doesn't mean that treatment is unsuccessful. Many individuals who go through rehab experience significant improvements in their quality of life, even if they relapse at some point.
